Equipment offered for sale was previously used by HETNiX and may have signs of normal usage, which usually include scratches, missing labels, missing manuals etc.
The equipment is not "refurbished" or "reconditioned". Those items were just taken out of our racks and offered for sale "as is".
HETNiX guarentees that the equipment works as they are intended and have no malfunctions at the time of sale.

Shipment

For Bucharest (and surroundings) we can ship the item free of charge. For other cities, we can arrange shipment with your preffered carrier.
If you are outside Romania and want to purchase an item, you should arrange the shipment of the item with your carrier. We can only pack the item and hand it over to the carrier.
Shipment and customs/handling fees are not included in the item's price.

Warranty and Refunds

If you purchase an item and colocate it with HETNiX, it has warranty covering all hardware parts for as long as they are still physically in our datacenter. Once it leaves our datacenter, we offer a 30-days replacement for the faulty component.
However, we do not offer refunds of any kind.

Lease to own

All items sold on this page can be also purchased in a Lease to Own billing scheme. This means that you get them as-a-service for a period of time.
For the Lease to Own billing scheme, our hardware warranty only applies after you've paid the item's value completely and continue to use it as a colocation plan.
